Let’s create the artwork
of your wildest dreams together!
Please fill out the commission request form below.
Please allow for 3-5 business for a response as I consider the details and logistics of the commission design and execution. Do not submit another request during this window of time – I will reply with a response as to whether or not I accept the commission.
Next, I will confirm my timeline and capacity for taking on the project. I will follow up with 1-2 initial designs based on your description or reference images, along with a pricing estimate.
Once we agree and a deposit is paid, I begin creating! I give a 4-6 week window for completion (including shipping); this timeline can vary depending on the sizing and detail of the piece, which would be communicated at the beginning of the collaboration.
Once I have completed the artwork, the remaining balance will be invoiced. The artwork is then shipped off to you!

Frequently asked questions
Is this right for me?
If you are looking to invest in a one-of-a-kind, timeless piece of art – look no further! I am committed to bringing your imagination to life in the hoop: embroidery art is uniquely crafted one stitch at a time, with care and precision.
What exactly do I get?
You will receive a one-of-a-kind, handstitched hoop or frame. The artwork can come in a hoop with a finished back, in a frame, or loose fabric if you choose to frame it yourself.
What happens after I send my commission request?
Once a commission request is submitted, I will confirm my timeline and capacity for taking on the project. I will follow-up with 1-2 initial designs based on your description or reference images, along with a pricing estimate.
How much time will this take?
Embroidery is a slow art. From the initial sketch and design process to preparation and stitching time to setting and backing, the average embroidery requires a minimum of 15 hours of work. Depending on the size and detail of a piece, I give a 4-6 week window for completion (including shipping).
Do you outsource any work?
No, I do not. All designs, stitching, and backing is completed in-house by a single artist.
If I book today, how much do I pay?
First, be sure to take a look at my base prices for hoops based on sizing to get an idea of how big or detailed you’d like your piece to be. I ask for a 25% deposit based on the total estimate of your custom piece, as this allows me to complete the initial design and ensures you are committed to seeing it through. The remaining amount will be invoiced once the piece is completed and before shipping or pick-up.

Owl Eyes Arts lives and works on the traditional lands of the Anishinabek Nation and the traditional territory of Fort William First Nation, signatory to the Robinson-Superior Treaty of 1850. As a settler, I am grateful to live here and thank all the generations of diverse Indigenous, Inuit, and Metis peoples that have tended and taken care of the land. Their stories, beliefs, and concepts about the land and the water continue to guide and inspire me to carry forward a commitment to listen, (un)learn, and grow.
